Bathhouse Renovation Assessment [Temporary Summer Members]

As approved by the membership at the special meeting on December 17, 2024, each temporary member account will be charged a $267 assessment in 2026, a second $267 assessment in 2027, and a third $267 assessment in 2028. These assessment payments will be held on the member’s account and applied toward the bond when the temporary member is invited to become a permanent member.
