Temporary Summer Membership Dues

Price is based on number of members.

One: $645 + $267 assessment = $912

Note – As approved by the membership at the special meeting on December 17, 2024, each temporary member account will be charged a $267 assessment in 2026, a second $267 assessment in 2027, and a third $267 assessment in 2028. These assessment payments will be held on the member’s account and applied toward the bond when the temporary member is invited to become a permanent member.

Each additional: +$225

All members in an account must be paid for. You can add and remove family members at will each season that you accept an offer for temporary summer membership. Families of six or more must provide documentation of who everyone is who is included in their account.
