It’s almost the end of summer (at least for the kids), but it’s not the end of pool season.

Raft Night
Join us tonight night for Raft Night!
We look forward to having everyone back at the pool for this summertime tradition. We want to keep everyone safe and smiling, so please follow these friendly reminders:
Single-person rafts only, please — no large group rafts.
No flipping rafts or swimming underneath them.
Keep rafts out of the diving well.
No jumping from the pool deck onto rafts.
Parents—please keep a close eye on your little floaters!

Movie Night
Join us for Movie Night on August 28 at 7:15 PM at the pool!
We’ll be screening Back to the Future, so bring your popcorn, Marty! 
Please note that the parking lot will close at 6:00 PM for Movie Night, so plan accordingly.

Bannock Masters First Annual Meet
Bannockburn Masters is excited to announce our first annual meet against Mohican on August 30 from 8:00–10:00 AM at Bannockburn Pool.
After an amazing season of hard work, this informal, low-pressure meet is a fun opportunity to celebrate how far the team has come.

Food Truck Lineup
Timber Pizza
Tuesday, August 25 • 5:00 PM – 8:30 PM
Timber Pizza is back on August 25th at Bannockburn Pool parking lot (6513 Laverock Lane, Bethesda). You can view their menu here. This food truck does not take pre-orders.
According to their website, “In 2014, Andrew Dana and Chris Brady started Timber Pizza Company in their off-hours with a pizza oven, a ’67 Chevy pickup truck, and a deep love of dough. Enter Chef Dani Moreira, having just graduated from the prestigious Culinary Institute of America, the Timber Fam was officially established. In 2016, we opened our first brick-and-mortar pizza shop in Petworth, D.C. Since then, we’ve served a lot of pizza, and even more love (probably the most pepperoni’s tbh). Always holding steady to our mission, To serve amazing experiences to the Timber Fam. We’re proudly still serving out extra love (& roni’s) for all our friends, old and new.”
Come by for some fantastic pizza from a restaurant started in D.C.
Trippy Tacos
Thursday, August 27 • 4:00 PM – 8:00 PM
Trippy Tacos is coming to the Bannockburn Pool parking lot (6513 Laverock Lane, Bethesda) on August 27th! You can pre-order here. This link will open on August 22nd. You can also view their flyer here.
Trippy Tacos is based out of Silver Spring and Wheaton (with a restaurant in Silver Spring and store in Wheaton). According to their website, “Trippy Tacos was born from an intense longing for otherworldly, or shall we say, ‘trippy’ tacos. Following graduation from UMD, Chris, a young entrepreneur and avid culinary enthusiast, traveled to Los Angeles to learn how to make amazing tacos.”
Come by for some excellent tacos, nachos, quesadillas, and more!
Lele’s Crepes

Lele’s Crepes is coming to the Bannockburn Pool parking lot (6513 Laverock Lane, Bethesda) on August 28th! This delicious food truck out of Rockville has amazing crepes, and we are happy to have them again. To place a pre-order, please text 240-681-5798.
