Hollertown Tonight at the Pool
Hollertown has been playing bluegrass and bluegrass-adjacent music around D.C. for more than 20 years. Their mission is to facilitate a good time—whether that means a rollicking party, a laid-back night of string music, or anything in between.
The parking lot will close at 3:00 PM to allow the band to set up, so please plan accordingly.

End-of-Summer Music Bash at the Pool — September 26
Please join us at the pool on Saturday, September 26 for live music, good food, henna and face painting, and lots of community!

Bannockburn Masters Make a Splash Against Mohican
Last weekend, the Bannockburn Masters Swim Team hosted its first-ever dual meet against the Mohican Adult Swim Team.
Swimmers of all abilities came together for a fun morning of racing, relays, teamwork, and friendly competition. The event showcased the tremendous growth of our Masters program, led by Coaches Noah Nigri, Lily Rogers, Shelby Carter, Amelia Claud, and Hannah Clattenburg.
Whether competing for the first time or returning to the blocks after many years, participants enjoyed a memorable morning in the pool and on deck.
Congratulations to all of our swimmers, volunteers, and timers who helped make this inaugural event a success, and thank you to swim team meet volunteers Maia Niebylski, Eli Nigri, and Lyle Banach.

We look forward to making the Bannockburn vs. Mohican Masters Meet a new annual tradition.
Interested in joining Masters Swimming next season? The program is open to adult swimmers of all experience levels—from fitness swimmers to former competitors—and offers a great way to stay active, improve technique, and connect with fellow members of the community.
Movie Night at the Pool Was a Hit!
Movie Night was a big success, with more than 100 members of the community joining us for our screening of Back to the Future.
It was such a hit that we’re planning another Movie Night before the end of the season, so please be on the lookout for our next screening!

New Hours for Water Aerobics
